Working one-on-one or in a small group setting is one of my favorite ways to share yoga with people. A private session provides a wonderful opportunity to give deep personalized attention and lots of healing hands-on assists. Whether you are brand new to yoga and not sure where to start, have injuries or needs that require special attention, or just can't fit a studio class into your schedule, private sessions might be just right for you.

During life before being a yoga teacher, I was an office-dweller. I've experienced the tension headaches, deadline panic, chest-gripping anxiety, tight shoulders and backaches. My weekly Saturday yoga session always set my mind and body at ease. It is my great pleasure to now bring yoga directly to your office and share its de-stressing benefits.
