Renew + Transform: A Day of Healing

Reiki Group Healing + Guided Meditation (12:00 - 1:15pm)

You will be lead through a meditation focused on guiding you to receive and connect to limitless universal source energy, and to recharge and find grounding from earth energy. Just like a seed, when we receive sunlight (energy from above) and water and nutrients (grounding from the earth), we can better and more sustainably grow and transform. You'll work with the Chakra system for balancing energy during the group healing session. Essential oils will be administered for those interested.

Alignment + Strength: Pilates, Somatics & Breath (1:45 - 3:00pm)

Alignment is the key to harmony. In this 75 minute class, you will explore the many powerful muscle groups of the core and how to activate them through meticulous physical alignment. This capability will support you in all you do. You will also learn about how ways of being in the past have manifested themselves in your body, and how small, simple movements can change entire ways of functioning that have not served you, putting your physical body in service of your commitments.

Releasing + Clearing: Forrest Yoga (3:30 - 4:45pm)

You will be guided through the experience of using your yoga practice as a ceremony to help you connect to the rising energy of Spring. Discern what needs to be released so that energy and space can be opened up for what you deeply desire to grow this year. What do you need to leave behind in the dark of winter? What precious seeds are you carrying forth to be planted? Learn how to set sacred space and work with intention, which will support and shape your physical practice. Bring a blanket. No latecomers will be admitted.

Moving into Trust - Group Biofield Tuning (5:15 - 6:45pm)
facilitated by Karen Yates

Biofield Tuning uses tuning forks and sound waves to induce deep, targeted relaxation with powerful outcome potential. Group Biofield Tuning can shift held patterns in the body as participants recline comfortably on the floor. We will be focusing on bringing more trust into our lives through trusting ourselves more deeply and letting go of a scarcity/survival mentality. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. No latecomers will be admitted.
