Join us for an evening of meditative movement to an eloquent live soundscape that will take you on a journey into the heart of winter. Come, take a sacred pause: sync up to the pulse of the earth, flow to the rhythm of your breathing, and give yourself permission to profoundly let go of busyness as you are carried along by the music. Slow down so you may dream of what is to come on the other side of winter, when the days eventually grow longer and the light returns. For now, be held and rest in the fertile, nourishing dark and stillness—and breathe yourself full again.
Expect slow, purposeful movement, lots of attention to breathing, and poses that are held for longer, so you may create an opportunity to listen closely to your body. All levels of practitioners welcome.
