All your stories are written through you. The history of your life’s journey is carried in the memory of the cells of your body. Forrest Yoga encourages you to take a deep look inside and build a relationship with all the facets of you - your vulnerabilities, challenges and triumphs. By breathing and feeling, you get to know your body better, and can come to know who you truly are. Strength and flexibility are not required - only a willingness to pay attention and be open to what comes up for you on the mat. This practice is open to everyone from beginner to advanced, and will include pranayama (breath work), asana (poses) and some meditation. Come breathe deeply, create more awareness, and leave more empowered and in tune with being radically you!
