Join me for a two hour workshop focusing on poses that revitalize your entire torso: spine and back muscles, rib cage and chest, and of utmost importance for back health, abdominal muscles! Intelligent sequencing of poses, building internal heat, and deep breathing will guide you into awareness of deeper sensations and reconnect you to your core. Leave the workshop feeling more open, relaxed and stronger in your body, and carrying the tools to help you attain freedom from back pain.
