Experiential Anatomy: Untangle Your Voice

Workshop 3 ~ Untangle Your Voice: Come explore how our ability to express ourselves and make choices in alignment with our greatest good is intricately tangled up in our neck and jaw. We will cover the anatomy of occipitals, scalenes, and pterygoid. Investigate plenty of ways to support and relax your neck and jaw, and participate in a Talking Circle Ceremony to feel the freedom you create for your voice when you release in these areas.

Freedom from Perfection

Freedom from Perfection

If “energy flows where attention goes”, then how much of your energy have you poured into the idea that there is something wrong with your body? Arms, butt, thighs, belly, whatever - if only you could make this part of you stronger/thinner/bigger/flatter/curvier/etc., then wouldn't life be so much better/easier/happier?

These areas of your body hold onto this idea, feeding the belief that you are not enough. The “not enough” belief pattern permeates into all aspects of our lives, where we unconsciously make decisions based on this fear. But what would life be like if we unplugged from this pattern? How can we free ourselves from the prison of perfection?
