I would love to be your guide towards a deeper relationship with your body. Whether you want to get out of pain, soothe your nervous system from stress or anxiety, or learn how to do a back bend, my intention is to closely collaborate with you to help you create a wellness practice designed specifically for your needs.

Your private session can be tailored just for you. We can meet together to build your own yoga practice or fine-tune a pose, spend time releasing and reorganizing tissue with structural integration therapy, or explore a combination of yoga and bodywork to facilitate change in your body and nervous system.

I offer a 60 minute yoga session, a 60 minute structural therapy session, a 90 minute yoga/bodywork session, and a 45 minute Skype yoga and meditation session to guide your own home practice. I also offer the Structural Integration Therapy Ten Session Series, 10 guided 90-minute bodywork sessions designed to systematically align and integrate the body in gravity.

You are welcome to book a free 30 minute consultation phone call to chat about your goals, discuss any questions, and get a feel for whether we are a good fit. A debit or credit card is required to make an appointment, and after I review your request, an email will be sent to finalize your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment or you will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
